Feeling Like The Day Is Not Long Enough?
Expert Reveals How To Manage Your Time Effectively.
Most young women today have trouble balancing their work or study with their social, family and love life. If they give work or school all the time it deserves, they may not have enough time for fun things or to spend time with the family, friends and loved ones.
“Not giving fair time to everything that’s important in your life, will leave you feeling overwhelmed and disorganized” says Jovanka Ciares, author of Don’t Blame Eve: Live The Life You Want, Not The One You Should. “Learning to manage time is the only way to live a more balanced, happier life”.
Studies show that time management is one of the most important skills that women need to succeed.
Here are 5 tips that Jovanka offers to any woman who wants to manage her time effectively:
1. Determine your priorities.
2. Write down in a piece of paper all of the things you must get done, need to get done and want to get done on a daily basis.
3. Organize your day before it starts (normally the night before) that way, you won’t waste time organizing and planning for the day that already started.
4. Once you are organized remain that way.
5. Stay focused. Keep in mind (or in a piece of paper hung on the wall) what you already have determined that is important for you.

Will Young, Single Women Ever Be Able To Retire?
Not Unless You Do Something About It Now!
In a society where women earn 25% less money than their male counterpart and where spending on women’s services and products uncontrollably is encouraged, single or divorced women face a grim retirement future. Life coach and author Jovanka Ciares says that she has met thousands of unmarried women in their mid twenties to mid-thirties that don’t enough money to safe for retirement and can’t rely on husbands or partners to support them. With very little time to dwell on the present reality, Jovanka offers the following advice:
1. Open a retirement 401k account with the company you work for. Most companies offer this service and add incentives like matching a percentage of your before tax contributions to be added to your account.
2. Get on a budget. Budget all of your expenses as well as money for entertainment and savings. This will allow you to control any overspending and create good spending and saving habits.
3. Leave all credit cards at home. Maybe keeping one in the back of your wallet for emergencies only but otherwise, keep all your credit cards at home or even better get rid of them altogether.
4. Seriously consider whether you need a second job or a new job altogether. Let’s face it; if you don’t have enough money to safe for retirement now, you need to do something drastic or you will end up working until you drop dead! Find alternative ways to make more money, even if that means moving on from your current job.
5. Visit a financial institution that will give you free advice (most big financial institutions offer this as a way to get you in as a future customer) on retirement alternatives and follow it.
6. Try investing money in more aggressive accounts like IRA’s and mutual funds. You can start investing with as little as $1,000 in most cases and your money will grow faster (especially when you have a longer period of time until retirement).

How To Dress Like A Star Without Spending A Dime
Young Woman On A Budget Gets Advice From Her Favorite Celebrities
Women like to look elegant, sexy and modern, just like their favorite Hollywood stars. In an effort to look their best, young women spend billions of dollars every year on clothes, even if they can’t afford it. Yet it never seems to be enough. How many times have you seen a woman standing in front of a closet full of clothes staring because she has “nothing to wear”.
Women want to experience all the great things that the fashion world has to offer without breaking the bank. Jovanka Ciares, a young woman who also likes to follow the trends set by Hollywood starlets found an easy, inexpensive way to dress like Hollywood royalty: she compiles the advice given by many popular celebrities in dozens of interviews weekly and creates creative combinations for her clothes she never saw before.
“I started to notice that I already had in my closet similar pieces of clothes that celebrities wore in photo shoots or TV interviews. Every time I read an article or saw an interview I wrote down what they were wearing or the advice they gave and then tried to copy it using things already in my wardrobe”, Jovanka said.
Jovanka quickly noticed that she had alternative uses to her clothes than she ever thought before. In a six month period she combined more than 370 outfits using celebrity advice. That’s more than 2 outfits per day! Some of the celebrity advice she received include:
1. Jennifer Aniston prefers natural colors and fabrics and loves wearing comfortable clothes like jeans, long skirts and tank tops.
2. Beyonce Knowles says that big earrings can add a touch of sophistication to any dress down jeans and shirt.
3. Charlize Theron has a neutral color traditional pant suit that she can prep up or down with different color shirts and accessories.
4. Eva Longoria always wears tailored clothes that fit your figure and then add a dash of flash in the form of shoes or a fancy necklace.
Jovanka started incorporating some of this advice in her regular speeches and workshops to college students and professional women alike. The advice has been incredibly successful, especially because it combines two of today’s young women’s biggest sources of entertainment: fashion and celebrities.
